All payments made for Premium Membership plans, contact access, or other paid services on PUNARVAAZHVU MATRIMONY are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.
Before making a payment, members are advised to review the membership plans, features, contact credit system, validity period and other applicable terms carefully.
By completing a payment, the member confirms that they have understood and accepted the applicable service details and payment terms.

Our membership provides access to website features, profile search and contact access. We do not guarantee that a member will find a suitable life partner, receive responses, or get married through our platform.
Members may purchase individual profile contact access where available.
The ₹200 Single Contact purchase is non-refundable once the payment is successfully completed and the contact access has been provided.
A contact credit is normally used when a member first accesses the contact details of a particular profile. Re-opening the same profile's contact details does not normally consume another contact credit.
Once contact access has been provided, the payment will not be refunded because the member does not wish to communicate with the profile or does not find the profile suitable.
Our Premium Membership plans may include contact credits, the ability to view received interests or messages, reply to messages and other premium features.
Membership payments are non-refundable after successful payment.
The following types of membership-related situations are not eligible for a refund:
Members are therefore advised to select a suitable plan based on their requirements before making payment.
Each Premium Membership plan has a specified validity period.
The membership will remain active only for the applicable validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
Unused membership days or unused contact credits at the end of the validity period will not qualify for a refund.
Where applicable, contact details already accessed by a member may remain available through the Viewed Contacts section according to the website's applicable features and Terms & Conditions.
A member may stop using their account or Premium Membership at any time.
However, cancellation or stopping the use of the service does not create a right to receive a refund for the amount already paid.
If a member chooses not to use the remaining membership period or contact credits, the unused portion will not be refunded.
We understand that members may sometimes be dissatisfied with their experience.
Although payments are non-refundable, PUNARVAAZHVU MATRIMONY may, at its discretion, provide additional membership validity, additional profile/contact access or other goodwill support in appropriate cases.
Any such additional support is provided as a goodwill measure and does not create an automatic right to a refund or additional benefits.
The decision to provide goodwill support will depend on the individual case and may vary from one situation to another.
If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same transaction, or experienced a technical issue during payment, please contact our support team with the relevant transaction details.
We will review the payment record and take appropriate action based on the actual transaction status.
Any eligible adjustment or refund in such cases will be considered only after verification of the payment transaction.
If a payment is shown as failed or unsuccessful but the amount has been deducted from your bank account or payment method, please contact us with the transaction details.

This may include cases involving false information, misuse of the platform, harassment, inappropriate behaviour, fraudulent activity or other policy violations.
